Challenges and opportunities of the European battery industry

Batteries are a key technology to drive the green transition, support sustainable mobility and contribute to climate neutrality by 2050. In this session stakeholders throughout the value chain will give their view and concrete examples on the impact of the new Batteries Regulation. This European regulation will ensure that, in the future, batteries have a low carbon footprint, use minimal harmful substances, need less raw materials from non-EU countries, and are collected, reused and recycled to a high degree in Europe.

This accelerator session is fully booked, so registration is no longer possible. You can follow the livestream on the organiser’s event page.
